How ITT Mach 10 is Securing Customer Deliveries during Covid-19

ITT Mach 10 has anticipated its future customer requirements, ordering 250 machines for 2022. Carry on reading below for information about the company’s participation at the recent Espace BTP exhibition.

ITT was founded in Spain in 1878. It was originally a boiler making company for agricultural harvesting equipment. In the 1980s, the company experienced a boom with the sale of the latest New Holland combines in Spain.

Today, the ITT group has 421 employees, spread over some fifteen subsidiaries. In France, ITT Mach 10 is one of them, with an annual turnover of around 18 million euros, with three branches in Lyon, Béziers and Toulouse. The group distributes Bobcat and Doosan products.

"Among our projects is the development of our equipment rental subsidiary, ITT Rent," says Jérémy Moulin, a sales representative for the group. "At the Espace BTP exhibition, we presented the latest generation of Doosan wheel loaders, showing the new DL420-7 model equipped with a 5 m3 bucket. Like all the new DL-7 wheel loaders, it is powered by a Stage V compliant engine meeting the latest emission standards as part of our increasingly ecological approach to the market. It is ideal for earthmoving and quarry operations and recycling platforms. As many will know, the new DL-7 range won a global award for best design."

"A brand new Doosan DX140W-7 wheeled excavator was also on display. As well as upgrading the engine, Doosan has improved the comfort of the operator in the cab and added new technology. It was next to a Bobcat T36.120SL telehandler, which is ideal for construction handling work."

70% of ITT Group's employees are dedicated to customer service. This allows the company to build customer loyalty through a highly responsive support guarantee. The company does not hesitate to keep stock and encourages its customers to anticipate their orders in order to negotiate better discounts with suppliers.

As a result, faced with the health crisis, the ITT group has also anticipated its future orders, already purchasing 250 machines for 2022, which will avoid any disruption in supply for its customers.
